Saudi Arabia receives Press Ganey award for healthcare transformation

Saudi Arabia has been honored with the Press Ganey Award for Healthcare Impact and Transformation, recognizing the Kingdom’s progress in strengthening patient-centered care and advancing comprehensive healthcare reform.

Representatives of the Ministry of Health accepted the award during the Press Ganey Human Experience Conference held in Florida this month.

The recognition highlights the sweeping changes taking place across the Kingdom’s health sector as part of Saudi Vision 2030, the national strategy aimed at diversifying the economy and modernizing public services.

According to the ministry, the award reflects sustained efforts to enhance quality of care, expand access to health services and introduce innovative care delivery models. It also acknowledges improvements in performance measurement and the adoption of value-based healthcare practices designed to improve patient outcomes nationwide.

Press Ganey is internationally known for evaluating healthcare performance and patient experience standards. Its awards are presented to health systems and organizations that demonstrate measurable impact in transforming care delivery and improving the human experience within healthcare environments.

Saudi officials said the recognition underscores the Kingdom’s commitment to building a more efficient, accessible and patient-focused healthcare system in line with its long-term national development goals.
